Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, cards, manuals, hardwares, and all accessories. All packaging must be unmarked and not be defaced in any manner.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If your purchase is via Facebook and Instagram, kindly provide a screen capture of your transaction made.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Exchange that do not meet our policy will not be accept and will be returned to you at your own cost.
While we have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appears on our website. Product image as seen on the Site may slightly differ from the actual product that you receive.
Refund (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then the refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Do noted that the above only applicable to per transaction. Should you have more than one item in your transaction and refund is only for one item, the refund will be via bank transfer.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale / discounted item (if applicable)
All sales Final. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale / discounted items cannot be refunded or exchanged. And cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
Factory second item (if applicable)
These items are sold at a discounted rate after failing the quality inspection. Goods sold under 'factory second' is final and non-refundable or exchangeable. And cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
Pre-order items (if applicable)
These are items that are not available and/or are currently sold-out in our shop. Down payment 50% of item price OR full payment is required & should be made via bank transfer.
Estimated waiting time approximately will be 2 - 3 weeks. Strictly no refund will be given for any cancellation of pre-order item within the waiting time. All pre-order items are considered SOLD & FINAL: no returns/exchange/ cancellation after payment is made.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are manufacture defective or wrong item sent. Only one time exchange is allowed for per item.
Defective items are defined as items that have missing components, missing parts, loose screw, deep scratches, or obvious blemishes and stains. Damage/wear and tear to the box/packaging that may occurred during the shipping/delivery is not considered as defects.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us at 8233 7501 within 7 days upon receiving your item. Please note that an exchange is subjected to stock availability and we reserve the right to do an exchange of an item(s) of a similar value or any other methods at the discretion of us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If your refund is granted, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total paid amount.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
